Elvish Yadav Released After Brief Detention for Illegal Venom Trade

Recently, Elvish Yadav has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The Bigg Boss winner has reportedly been freed from police detention, per India TV sources. This is in response to his detention by Kota Police in Rajasthan for his involvement in the Noida rave party. The police reportedly established a blockage in Kota due of the impending state elections. During this period, Elvish was also flowing through this location. He began to flee after spotting the barricade, and the Suket police of the Kota district apprehended him. Elvish was allegedly hiding someplace in Mumbai before. Another Mumbai hotel was discovered to be his final known destination. And yet, Friday afternoon, he was gone from that motel.

  1. In relation to a rave party that took place in Noida, Sector 49 on Friday, a formal complaint was lodged against Bigg Boss winner Elvish Yadav.
  2. Following a coordinated raid at the rave party by the Drugs Department, Forest Department, and Noida Police, Elvish’s five associates have also been placed under arrest. The people who were taken into custody were Jaikaran, Rahul, Titunath, Narayan, and Ravinath.
  3. In actuality, nine snakes—five of which were cobras—as well as snake venom were found during the police searches.
  4. Nine dangerous snakes altogether and 20 milliliters of snake venom were found in the custody of the authorities, according to the FIR, which was filed under wildlife sections 9, 39, 49, 50, and 51 as well as IPC section 120B. One python, one two-headed snake, five cobras, and one rat snake.
  5. According to the copy of the FIR, these people were allegedly employing snakes and snake venom during rave events. An organization led by BJP politician Maneka Gandhi started and pursued the lawsuit.

Elvish Yadav later posted a video message on Instagram expressing his readiness to work with law enforcement. “Every single claim made against me is completely false and without merit. None of them contain even the slightest bit of reality. Would you just not ruin my reputation? I’m ready to work with the UP Police in their investigation in every way. I will accept complete responsibility if even a small portion of these accusations prove to be true.
