SC rejects the request for the WHO air quality guidelines
A lawyer’s appeal to enforce the World Health Organization’s (WHO) air quality guidelines in Delhi was denied by the Supreme Court on Tuesday amid the city’s deteriorating air pollution levels. The order was issued by a bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Bhushan R. Gavai after the application was mentioned for urgent listing on Wednesday. In Delhi NCR, schools go hybrid mode up to class 5
For students up to class 5, all schools in the Delhi-NCR region are required to use the hybrid learning environment. Order by the Directorate of Education, Delhi. Following a decline in the quality of the air, the decision was made to hold classes in hybrid mode.
