Fans have been wondering why Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, Akshay Khanna, and more, has a shorter runtime than the original ever since it debuted on Netflix at midnight. The Netflix version of the Aditya Dhar movie is somewhat longer than 3 hours and 25 minutes. But the original version was 214 minutes (3 hours and 34 minutes). Additionally, some dialogue and profanity from the movie have allegedly been muffled by the site, according to fans.

In an exclusive interaction with media houses, the industry sources opened up about the run time and dialogue changes in the movie. They said that occasionally, before a movie is released on OTT, filmmakers may decide to make a few changes to the film. It can be a change in the film’s tempo or shortening of the credits. This is frequently done to give the audiences a better viewing experience. Depending on what they believe would best serve their audience, a few sequences that couldn’t be included in theatricals are occasionally added or cut out. However, all adjustments are made by the production firms, and promptly reported to the platforms.
