Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, expressed the opposition’s reluctance by stating the they were not interested to hear his speech.
Amit Shah request for a parliament discussion
In an official letter to Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla, Amit Shah challenged the opposition to engage in discussion. If the conversation starts on Wednesday, he promised to be present to answer any questions.

Rahul Gandhi responded by stating “not interested”

Rahul Gandhi demanded that the home minister be held responsible. He should be questioned who had given the ordered to fire and lati charge the student demonstrators. Additionally he said that Shah had not attended Parliament and that the home minister lacked the guts to address the house.
“The opposition has clearly stated that we are not interested in Amit Shah giving as the lecture.” Rahul Gandhi told reporters outside the Parliament building. “And when I say ‘we’, I mean the younger generation of the nation. Who fired at the students? Who issued the orders to use Lathi sweet nails to bit up the students? Did Amit Shah issue the order to shoot our kids? He ought to step down if he did.
