The students allege that they paid between Rs 35,000 and Rs 50,000 for the course, which was allegedly taught by another YouTuber. Additionally, the students can be seen complaining that they “lost” money and that the course was “unsubstantial.”

“We were assured by the training that we would succeed in business. However, they only invited us to sell their items after we finished the same. One of the pupils on the video claimed that it was a multi-level marketing sort of business, saying that they just wanted clients to join. They further claimed that the aforementioned YouTuber charged up to Rs 10 lakh for additional courses. The three said that even though they were unhappy with the training. They were unable to ask the aforementioned YouTuber for a refund.

What was stated by Vivek Bindra?

As of December 22, Vivek Bindra, the owner of the same-named YouTube channel, has 21.4 million followers. Bindra uploaded a video to his YouTube account on December 18. Gave it the title “Biggest Programme | Biggest Attack | Biggest Controversy – Dr. Vivek Bindra.” “You also need to have taken the time to look for the opposite side. Ask me the questions, and I’ll answer; I’m saying this with the utmost respect for your term, location, and camera,” Bindra remarked.

In the two-hour video, Bindra disputed the accusations made against his course. He stated that one of the most reputable auditors in the world audits Bada Business Pvt Ltd, his company. In addition, he stated that the company’s unique department evaluates the “quality of sales” and promptly reimburses participants, refuting the alleged claims made in Maheshwari’s video.

According to cops, Vivek Bindra has also been accused of abusing his wife in Noida. The claims have prompted an inquiry by the authorities. They have promised to take the necessary measures when their findings are reviewed.

Vaibhav Kwatra, the brother of Bindra’s wife, Yanika, submitted a complaint, leading to the filing of a formal case at Noida’s Sector 126 police station on December 14. Bindra and Yanika were living in a nice community in Sector 94 of Noida after getting married on December 6.

Hours after the wedding, Bindra reportedly brought Yanika inside a room, swore at her, and yanked her hair. And physically abused her, according to the information in the FIR. According to the lawsuit, Yanika’s hearing is impaired as a result of the attack.
