TCS Nashik Case: Religious conversion and ‘organized gang’

For TATA Consultancy Services’ Nashik branch, what began as a complaint about purported religious conversion has now escalated into a serious situation. A senior officer has now claimed that the seven male defendants in the case frequently acted like an “organised gang” to target female colleagues while the enquiry is ongoing.

After a female employee made a complaint at the Devlali police station in March, accusing one of her seniors of sexual assault, authorities began a clandestine operation inside the BPO company. Eight other employees reported sexual harassment after this complaint, according to the police.

Police have now filed 9 formal complaints (FIRs) for rape, sexual harassment, and offending religious emotions as part of the ongoing investigation.

Nashik MNC Case: Current Scenario
