India Secures Silver in Asian Games Badminton Final, Losing 2-3 to China

Indian and Chinese men’s badminton teams compete at the Asian Games. Updates: The Indian men’s badminton team lost the Asian Games Badminton 2023 final against China by a score of 2-3, but they still managed to win silver. India has never previously placed second in a continental competition. India had an early 2-0 lead in the competition but China came back to win the gold.

Lakshya Sen, who opened the competition, faced Shi Yuqi in a three-game thriller, in which he won 22-20, 14-21, and 21-18. China wins gold in the men’s badminton match against India

In the second game, Wen Hong Yan totally outperformed Mithun Manjunath and won 21-4. He prevails in the game 21-12, 21-4. With that result, China also won the men’s team gold medal after defeating India 3-2. The Indian team, who won silver for the first time in the Asian Games, will have to be pleased with that for the time being.
